SJSU FACULTY/STAFF ONLY
Please follow the 3 steps below:

STEP 1: Select “Login Using Your SJSU Account”

STEP 2: Update your profile page – Fill in all areas with asterisk.
For Phone Number, please put your 5-digit extension (e.g. 4-1234, 5-1234, 8-1234)
For Site/Department, please choose "University"
For Site Address, please list your main office location (e.g. Hugh Hillis Hall 100)
For Postal Code, please put your 4-digit extended zip only (e.g. 0131)

STEP 3: After you submit your registration,  you will receive an email from DoNotReply-sjsu@webdeskprint.com (please double-check your spam folder just in case), please make sure to reply to that email with the requested information so we can finish setting up your account.

You will not be able to place orders until this portion of the registration setup is completed.
 

Please note: If you see "Your account is active on the network, but is not active in Print Shop Pro" it means we have not completed your registration. Please be sure to reply to the registration email (check step 3 above) so we can finish setting up your account.

This site is only for Faculty/Staff placing department orders, it is not available for students.
